Since its inception in 1963, Ben McArdle Ltd has served the insurance needs of many companies and private individuals throughout the Irish and UK markets. Operating out of Dublin city we are a fully independent Irish owned company, we have been members of the Irish Brokers Association for many years and are the sole Irish representatives of the International Brokers Association.

Each Ben McArdle Ltd client receives individual attention, they are assigned a dedicated account executive who handles all their needs. In-depth studies are carried out to determine what the special needs of the business are, with a view to providing the most appropriate cover for all areas of risk. Risk management techniques may then be applied to risk control in order to contain premium and secure bottom line benefits. Regular reviews are then carried out to ensure that the best arrangements remain in place.

The claims position is continuously monitored, our computerised claims programme allows us to monitor trends in the loss history of an individual client and compare these to specific sector norms. Weekly reports reflect up-to-date positions on all outstanding claims so as to ensure the best possible settlements for our clients.

Technology

Ben McArdle Ltd continue to be at the forefront of technological development within the insurance broking industry. Our commercial division are using the CELT Email broking system which substantially reduces the turn around time between a broker submitting a risk and receiving a quote from an insurance company. Our personal division are using Relays EDI and Point of Sale software, this allows us receive up to date qoutes from the nine participating insurance companies and issue certs and disks on the same day.
